What’s Included in a Post and Beam Pavilion Kit
Our pavilion kits focus on the structural frame system, providing the essential components that define the strength, beauty, and longevity of your structure:

  1. Bent Framing (6”x6” to 6”x12” fully dimensional are typical, kiln-dried Rough Cut Douglas fir)
  2. Plate Connections (Powder Coated)
  3. Rough Cut Roof Sheathing
  4. Roof Underlayment
  5. Rough Cut Fascia Boards
  6. HD Post Brackets/U-Brackets
  7. Purlins (4”x6” Douglas fir roof purlins placed 32” OC with heavy-duty purlin screws)
  8. Foundation – configurations vary**

Each package is pre-cut, drilled, and labeled, making reassembly efficient whether you’re working with a builder or taking on the project yourself.

Turnkey Estimate: A common rule of thumb for total project cost for pavilions is ≈ 2× the kit price if you’re building in the Nebraska area. This accounts for foundation, labor, and the final layer of roofing material. If you plan to handle construction yourself, you can reduce those overall costs.
