Our pavilion kits focus on the structural frame system, providing the essential components that define the strength, beauty, and longevity of your structure:
- Bent Framing (6”x6” to 6”x12” fully dimensional are typical, kiln-dried Rough Cut Douglas fir)
- Plate Connections (Powder Coated)
- Rough Cut Roof Sheathing
- Roof Underlayment
- Rough Cut Fascia Boards
- HD Post Brackets/U-Brackets
- Purlins (4”x6” Douglas fir roof purlins placed 32” OC with heavy-duty purlin screws)

Standard Pavilion Kit Contents
Pre-Designed Post & Beam Pavilion Kits
All structures are fully customizable and utilize kiln-dried Douglas fir for the bent work components. They come in the form of pre-cut, pre-drilled, and labeled kits that are delivered directly to the customer’s site for simplified reassembly. Items that can fit on a standard trailer can often be delivered with the trusses assembled. Inspiration comes in all forms, and our pre-designed home kits are a great way to get started on your post and beam journey.
