The stories that fuel our customers’ post and beam dreams never cease to amaze us. This resounds true with one of our most recent wedding venues to open, The Dappled Willow. The Dappled Willow consists of three unique buildings set on five wooded acres. The properties including:

• A historic 1900s farmhouse
• A well-weathered and recently resided timber frame barn
• A brand new 40’x72′ post and beam gambrel event center.

Ultimately, it was all made possible by the inspiration and community-centric vision of our talented customers.

The Dappled Willow

“Chad and Callie Leader have a passion for breathing new life into classic properties. Having rehabilitated a few over the years and passing them on to new owners, they decided it was time for a new adventure; one to share with the community.

In 2018, they saw this property, which needed a large dose of TLC, and immediately fell in love with the idea of what this could become – a gathering place.

Chad and Callie have taken great care to preserve the history and charm of the home and beverage barn while utilizing traditional craftsmanship in the construction of the new barn.

The Dappled Willow farmstead includes a gorgeous, all-wood 40’ x 72’ post and beam barn with heat and modern restrooms. This barn can accommodate up to 225 guests with additional outdoor seating. Next to the event barn, a smaller barn houses a bar and additional space to enjoy your time. 

To add to the magic, The Dappled Willow is also home to a beautifully restored 1901 farmhouse featuring huge windows and endless rooms to unwind and prepare for the best day of your life.”-The Dappled Willow TeamLegacy had the privilege of working alongside the Leader’s on bringing their picture-perfect Gambrel event center to life. Additionally, we provided traditional board and batten siding for the beverage barn renovation. This addition completed the consistent and harmonious look between the three buildings on the property.
