Our Residential Roof Package is a common addition to our living space and commercial kits. It is available at an additional charge and includes:
- Upgraded purlins to 24”OC
- Upgraded roof sheathing to 1X8 T&G
- Plastic vapor barrier
- 10” Foam Nailbase panel with screws (9 ¼” of foam, 7/16” OSB Nailbase)
- Upgraded Roof Underlayment to Epilay Platinum
- Upgraded Fascia boards to accommodate roof thickness
- 1X8 T&G Soffit material
Our Vertical Wall Framing Package is another common addition to our living space and commercial kits. It is available at an additional charge and includes:
- Upgraded girts to vertical 2X6 dimensional stud framing 16”OC
- 7/16” OSB wall sheathing
- Housewrap
Our Standard Loft Package is commonly added to barn kits. It is available at an additional charge and includes:
