2019 is coming to a close and we want you to have the opportunity to secure the best price possible on your post and beam kit! As a company, we do not believe in seasonal discounts or gimmicks designed to get consumers to purchase before they are ready, but we do value being upfront. We want to be sure you are aware that we have a price increase going into effect in January 2020.
However, per our standard pricing policy, if you place your deposit with us before the end of the year, you are locked in to our 2019 pricing for a full 12 months! This means you can add a loft, remove a lean-to, change the length/width, and much more without having to worry.

The deposit is a 20% down payment on your kit, which allows us to get started on the design phase. This is when the real fun begins! During this stage, you will work closely with your Legacy Post & Beam Project Manager to take the initial ideas you discussed with your Sales Representative and put them into CAD drawings. This process can take anywhere from a few weeks to months, depending on the number of revisions needed and your desired time frame.

For those who have been on a post and beam planning journey for months, or even years, and know exactly what they want in a post and beam kit, great! Getting started before the end of the year will allow you to get the best possible price, even if you do not need delivery on your kit until later in 2020.  Give us a call and let us tell you more about getting started.
For those who are all in on a post and beam, but do not have as many specifics ironed out, our pre-designed kits are a great option to explore. These kits are based off of our most popular custom kits and are very versatile in style and use. Additionally, the pricing you see listed is based on a standard barn/garage style finish. This keeps the price point low and allows each customer to add the upgrades relevant to how they plan to use the kit. Add a loft for entertaining space, an insulation package to use as a home; the options go on and on. With our straightforward pricing model, these specifications can all come later. And, if your deposit is placed before the end of the year, they will be added based on the 2019 pricing, even if the change is made in 2020.
