Starting at only $44,713, this versatile and efficiently designed 1 1/2 story gable makes a great addition to nearly any property. It is pictured as a barn but can also be finished as a home, office, garage, or multi-use space.

A Legacy pre-designed kit comes with the perfect blend of definition and customization.
The roof line and bent structure are defined, which generates cost savings on the design side and allows us to offer the kit at a reduced rate. Yet, customers have the ability to add accessory and upgrade options as they like, enabling each customer to turn the kit into their unique Legacy.
The Armstrong 4636 kit includes four gable bents (22’ center section with two 12’ lean-tos) and the accompanying materials included in our standard kit contents.
