This custom garage kit is designed for practicality and style. It features an 18’ center section paired with a 12’ partially enclosed lean-to, providing 1,440 sq ft of enclosed space on the main level. A 216 sq ft loft adds extra room for storage or a workspace. The 1 3/4 story layout makes efficient use of vertical space, accommodating a range of needs. The open portion of the lean-to serves as a convenient carport, further enhancing the structure’s flexibility.
