Unveiling our latest pre-designed home kit featuring a sophisticated suburban style! This stunning design is comprised of a 32′ x 48′ 1 1/2 Story Gable and a 24′ x 10′ One Story Gable, offering 1,776 sq ft on the main level and 928 sq ft in the loft. The sample floorplan includes three main floor bedrooms and two bathrooms, with the option to add two additional bedrooms and one bath upstairs. Please note, the garage and breezeway are priced separately.
